We always have a stock for readymade biscuits and snacks that fails to satisfy the nutritional demands of kids. It’s better if we can prepare some snacks at home that keep the kids far away from junk foods.
This snack idea not only fills the nutritional gaps and works as an energy booster but also keeps them full until the dinner is served.
It also solves the purpose of giving Oats and Nuts to your children. It’s a fantastic way to hide Nuts behind these energy bars.
Oats are loaded with nutritional benefits. They are among the healthiest grains available on earth. They are gluten-free and a rich source of Vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.
Nuts are high in fat and calories. It has monounsaturated fats, which are considered good fats. Nuts are a great source of fiber, high in protein, and rich in antioxidants. It also contains magnesium, copper, and vitamin E.

Ingredients :
- Roasted oats – 1/4 cup
- Roasted semolina – 1 spoon
- Milk – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1/4 cup
- Milk powder – 2 Cups
- Roasted and chopped mixed nuts – 1/4 cup (you can also grind it)
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
- Dairy milk chocolate – 1
- Sugar powder – 1 spoon
- 10-12 disposable straw or sticks for making lollipops.
Steps :
- Take 1/4 cup of ghee in a non-stick pan, add milk and milk powder in it and stir well till the mixture becomes lumps free.
- Grind roasted oats and nuts to make a fine powder.
- Add oats and nuts powder, roasted semolina, and stir it continuously till the mixture becomes thick.
- Remove from flame, and add all the remaining ingredients and mix them well.
- Let it cool for 5-10min.
- Grease your hands with ghee and divide the mixture into 10-12 equals portions.
- Shape each portion into a round ball by rolling in between your palm.
- Freeze for 15 minutes and then insert a disposable straw or stick in the center.
Yeeeeeee! Yummylicious Lollies are ready to serve.
