How restaurant is handling guests?

For time being the restaurant has allowed not more than three guests to dine inside each greenhouse, even though as per restaurant there is the capacity for more because as per them they are handling the situation carefully.

They have bigger greenhouses, but using them depends on how everything ends up going. Bigger groups are allowed as well but then they should be families only.

However, the restaurant is currently discouraging bigger groups because, as per restaurant, they are just louder, and then it can get the exciting behavior causing spittle to fly, and that’s the kind of behavior that could make the virus spread faster.”

The restaurant is treating everything very thoughtfully. Waiters wear gloves and face shields to alleviate any risk of infections. They also use special long boards to bring courses into the greenhouses to patrons.

“These chambres know as séparées are recommended only for people that are already living together,” they say online. “Soon, we’ll offer really nice plant-based dinner in our greenhouses on the Amsterdam water side of the Oosterdok.”

The Dutch outdoor restaurants are closed to the public until at least May 19, however, the restaurant association KNH of the Netherlands has said that even if they are permitted to operate at that time, space would be restricted and restaurants will have security measures in place.

Luckily, Mediamatic seems to fit in with the bill when it comes to effective action.
